$55 Prepaid Reservations by Wednesday, November 1.

Late payments after November 1 are $58.

Luncheon Entree Choices are:

 - Fresh Fillet of Salmon

 - Chicken Franchaise

Please send your completed reservation form below, along with your check payable to Goldfinch Decorative Painters. Bring to the October meeting or mail to Dawn Davis. See the address on the reservation form.

We ask each member to donate 3 hand painted items or 3 themed baskets. Please bring them to the Hanover Manor on the day of the luncheon by 10:30 am.
